Maximize education by prioritizing wellness.
Boost your immune system with sleep, nutrition and exercise.
Wash hands frequently and/or use hand sanitizer
Cover your cough. Use your elbow.
Keep other students and staff well by staying home if you have a fever of 100 with cough or sore throat. Return to school 24 hours after the fever is no longer present without the help of medication.
